Preamble

The operator may suspend or restrict a user's use without prior notice if the user violates these terms.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The operator is not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to changes, suspension, or interruption of this app.
2. This app is intended to provide entertainment through gameplay and does not make any guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
3. The operator assumes no responsibility for disputes between users.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to this app belong to the operator or the rightful owner. Users may only use this app within the scope of personal use.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. For the interpretation of these Terms, Japanese law shall apply.
2. If any dispute arises in connection with this app, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
